We have a premium class villa on the coast of Spain (Costa Blanca) available to rent or buy. The villa is located seconds away from a beautiful secluded beach, in a picturesque bay between the cities of Calpe and Moraira
Benissa, Cala abogat,
Benissa is a city located in the northern part of the province of Alicante. The villa is located only about 70 km away from the airport of Alicante and 110 km from the airport of Valencia.
Benissa is one of the oldest small towns located on the resort coast of Costa Blanca. This wonderful city combines mountain and sea landscapes. The coast of Benissa has 4 kilometres of sand beaches with crystal clear water.

The other two nearest towns are Calpe and Moraira, which are both about 10 minutes drive away, and have a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, banks.

Cala El Advocat, a beautiful sand beach located in a cosy bay, is less than 50 metres away from the villa. From it you have an amazing view on Penyal d'Ifac, a symbol of Calpe. The beach has lifeguards, showers, parking space and a nice restaurant. There are hardly any big waves or storms on this beach thanks to its location in the bay. The beach is about 170 metres long. This bay is also rich in seaweed.

Along the coast there is an ecological footpath through the forest with places for picnics, benches, street gym and cafes.
